When he and his musical collaborators formed District 3, they called the band GMD3. They changed the name of their group on the suggestion of Sharon Osbourne.
About Micky Parsons
Initially famous as a member of the District 3 boy band and a competitor on the ninth season of The X Factor UK, Parsons went on to pursue a solo career, posting original songs such as "Paint My Heart" and covers of songs such as "Wonderful World" and "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You" to his YouTube channel.

Michael 'Micky' Parsons was raised in Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire, England. His District 3 band consisted of Greg West and Dan Ferrari-Lane.
